These hours are refreshed every calendar month (starting on the 1st of each month and ending on the final day of the month).
Any hours not used during the month will NOT be rolled onto the next month. Therefore, if your amends need an extra 1 hour work, it will cost £30/$40. Once we’ve received your requested amends, we will reply with a timeframe of how long these amends will take.
Please note, each amendment request will be quoted at a minimum of 1hr. However, due to workload or annual holidays, this may differ. The team will give you an exact time frame during the request emails.
